Elevate Sport Coaching follows a strict ‘optimal training over maximal training’ philosophy because our aim is to produce the most efficient athletes in their sport. We provide information to help athletes reach their maximum athletic and skill potential . With strong links with local sports clubs & sports therapists ESC is able to place new athletes in suitable clubs as well as provide information on injury prevention management..
Training provided is specific, not only for the person, but for the sport also. As we believe no matter how hard you train, if it not specific to you or your sport it will not help you become the best. To become an efficient athlete you need to maximise your strength, quickness, explosiveness, and conditioning along with your skills and most importantly stay injury free.
